36 Shelter Residents (20% of Shelter Residents) took a survey of the River District Navigation Center's treatment and services, mysteriously Daniel's computer, case and hard copies were stolen, who would want to steal a broken aged chromebook and paperwork that would only be important to SHAC or an organization opposed to Homeless Citizen's Rights!

Is Portland's transit system ,Trimet, using tactics that exasperate and worsen the symptoms homeless people who suffer from PTSD and Anxiety? According to the website AnxietyNetwork.com, " People with PTSD do not respond well to argumentativeness, confrontation, or shouting matches." Are Trimet's Policies meant to stifle the many Homeless Citizens in Portland from having access to the very needed transportation services?
